About Me

As a Senior Manager, I lead multiple concurrent projects, collaborating with multiple teams to successfully implement complex solutions.  The teams I work with include professionals in the areas of:   Salesforce, MuleSoft, .net, Hogan, Cobol, Assembler, Java, CICS, DBA, Infrastructure, Architecture, Security, Scrum Masters, Certifiers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Executive VPs, Compliance, Legal, Accounting, and third party vendors.  The team structures vary based on the project utilizing Scrum, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.  I work with both onshore and offshore engineers.

My Engineering background provides a solid platform for my skills as an IT Senior Manager.  Real world experience and success in global business environments has fueled my passion for the projects and the people that I serve.

My main focus as a manager is to target bringing out the best in people, and to help them evolve their unique strengths and talents.  I create an environment that allows each team member to realize their full potential as they work together to achieve a common goal.  I value and encourage taking ownership for victories and set backs.  I help my team see opportunities to grow and be resilient.  I cultivate an environment of 'having each other's backs', which is foundational to a projects' success.
