As a Senior Manager, successfully deployed a million dollar project budgeted in record time with no major issues.  The  ROI continues to grow, exceeding the anticipated returns.  Implemented external controls to allow the product to be easily modified without a software update.  

Replaced BSA/AML system fully compliant fully secure 100k under budget and before deadlines!

Managed a team and served as the Lead Technician to deliver an integrated solution with CUDL 'Credit Union Dealership Lending'.  Designed and developed a solution for on boarding Auto Loans directly from dealerships that is so versatile that future expansion is just a flip of a switch.  No post implementation issues, and an ROI that continues to grow! 

As Project Lead, and lead technician, I created a new accrual method and promotional rate process to allow the seamless conversion of accounts serviced on FDR a credit card system, to thrive on our financial banking system.  The ROI of this successful implementation continues with savings of more than 1 million per month in servicing fees.  

As a Manager with an in depth understanding of complex systems, I was faced with a problem that was going to result in a $40+ million cost to the organization if it was not resolved quickly, I came up with a simple solution in less than 30 minutes for the developers to execute.  The solution required less than 10 lines of code and was implemented in plenty of time to save the organization $40+ million! 

As Project Lead, co-authored the 1.2 Release of the Hogan Loans System. Designed and Developed all Rate Change processing in this release, including Layered Rates, Daily Rate Changes, Issue to Add, Discounted Rates, and more. Each of these solutions automatically adjusts rates, accruals, and generate general ledger adjustments in realtime as transactions are posted. Provided global utilization. 

As Project Manager responsible for 45+ employees and consultants, working with IBM, created a streamlined process to establish a Service Bureau environment.  Successfully converting multiple banks onto one system.  Responsible for all Loan Products project planning, budgeting, status reporting, risk analysis, resources allocation, and implementation.
