His psychological assessment, known as Clifton Strengths is utilized extensively by corporationsand management teams to identify and enhance Leadership Skills.

Completed the Scrum Product Owner Workshop. Training focused on working with alternative strategies to incremental development and prioritizing backlogged tasks within two week increments.
